完全同意。百人/黑人也有一堆一堆的想要爬梯子，但是爬不上去的。

爬上去的那些人，也许技术不是大拿，但是，一定有无法用成绩衡量的skills. I call it selling skills to make things simple. They are good at selling their skillset and services.
