问一件事情，不知道有人碰到过没有？

两年前去意大利玩，租了车，回来后没过多久就收到一张罚单，搞得跟真的一样，不知道真假，罚了40，然后就交了。结果过了一年以后，又来了一张罚单，这次一开始就喊价一百多，然后我们就觉得奇怪，在网上查就有不少人说是骗子搞的鬼，后来就没有理。然后最近收到那种追款公司的信，搞得分不出真假了。有人遇到过这种情况吗？谢谢
