皮肤和整形基本都要gap year了

gap year 其实是在第三年之后，比如整形，皮肤，还有一些觉得自己paper不够的，after gap year, 他们match时还算senior。热门外科像神外骨外senior就直接match了。没match到再做follew的严格说不是gap year，再match也不算senior了。现在热门外科基本要做away rotation了，相当一个月面试。
