请教学校选择

加州小中女 成绩一般 录了UIUC-data science, UCR-statistics (BS+MS), UCSC-technology information system.

UC 是州内学费，但UIUC 学费也是可以承担的。UCR 离家最近。

我们要求不高，希望孩子能开开心心读个比较好的大学和专业，请教大家，哪一个比较好。
