芝大，哥大这么些年来确实上下跳跃比较多。
Penn非常牢固地上升了。
比较明显下降的： Emory, Brandeis, Rochester, Wake Forest, Rensselaer
旗舰CAL， UCLA上升， USC， NYU也上升了， UFL， 其他UC系也上升。 UVA有所下降。Vandy也上升较多。
T5里，那时基本还是HYP三角。近二十年来，由于STEM/高科技/硅谷雄起， S和M渐居上。H/M/S成为新的T3三角。
