圣路易斯华大 Washington University in St. Louis
确实不输藤校，以前有一种humble的说法：它属于小藤，它的医学院和商科出名。在华大医学院毕业后，如能进入附近的华大附属医院Barnes-Jewish Hospital做实习医生是最理想的结果之一。
“St Louis是时尚之都的时候，纽约还不知道在干啥呢”，在这里看到这句话，非常同意，只要去华大附近的密苏里历史博物馆看看，就知道这句话不是在瞎吹。
举两个例子：
对比纽约的Central Park 和在华大旁边的St. Louis Forest park这两大著名公园：
1876年，Central Park刚建造完毕，St. Louis Forest park在同年已经向公众开放了。
St. Louis Forest Park 主办 World Fair 比纽约早：
In 1939, and again in 1964, Flushing Meadows Corona Park hosted two of the largest international exhibitions ever held in the United States.
The 1904 games were held at Francis Field on the campus of Washington University in St. Louis, just west of the World's Fair grounds in Forest Park.
