选校请教：Case Western CE vs. Umass Amherst CE

我家熊娃是麻州内，另外还收到BU computer engineering 的 guaranteed transfer.  他想一年后转到BU，或申请其他学校。但目前还是得在Case Western 和 Umass Amherst 之间选一个先上着。希望各位大侠的建议。谢谢！
