假如父母不claim 孩子 as dependant，孩子可以自己报税，claim education credit吗？

如果父母健在还support学费生活费，孩子在tax report时， *MUST* claim himself *eligible" as some one's dependent. 这时候，算education credit AGI threshold是不是就得按parent AGI来算？
