一个 AI 从业者的基本修养

1.了解 AI 的发展历史

2.熟练传统 ML 的各种算法

3.基本的数据处理和可视化的能力

4.对 DL 理论深入了解，CNN，RNN，LSTM,GAN,Autocoder, embedding...etc.

5.重点是 Google那篇重磅论文Attention is all you need. 至少读五遍以上，根据哈弗的notbebook 徒手实现Encoder-decoder Transformer 架构，深入理解什么叫self-attention,原理，怎么用。从业人员水平差异就体现在这个第5点了，也是薪资高低的决定因素了。

6.熟悉一个 framework： Pytorch or Tensorflow. 我偏好 Torch，粉Meta.

7.熟练python编程，越驴火纯情越好。

8.实战项目的浸染

9.线性代数，概率统计，导数学要好

10.勤看论坛和 blog，跟人交流，参加学术会议

11.当然各种 CS 知识，特别是四大基础课也非常重要
