students. 

voluteer work (help people trouble shoot coding) gets students chance to become graders, good graders get chance to become CS TA at senior. Free tuition and master degree. Ton of people would fight for that opportunity. 

In other courses, most (or all?) kids getting A would be asked if they would like to be graders and graders would be asked if they want to be TA.
