求选校建议

国内亲戚小孩申请cs硕士拿到四所学校offer: Rice MCS,  JHU MSE program in Electrical and Computer Science (Whiting), NYU Tandon MSCE, USC ECE Machine Learning and Data Science.

小孩主要在Rice MCS和JHU MSECS纠结，请版里各位AO多给点建议，多谢。
