NG大厂 VS Unicorn VS Startup

package size 相差不多，选哪个好些？

大厂更established，base/perk 较好，equity upside少些。

Unicorn工作很累，接近上市，equity占比较多

Startup很小，seed round，产品技术含量很高，tight strong team。
