Maybe skiiiii teaches older children. For a second grader, that sounds to tough.

That's also why I ask the mom to check if her daughter did something extreme -- from my observation, a teacher should be quite capable of managing their behavior, because they are relatively mature enough to know and respect the rules, thus when the teacher reminds them very sternly, they can follow. Yet they are not really old enough to make trouble on purpose.
