美国孩子去加拿大上大学，是基于什么考虑？

听说有孩子有去UBC的，Toronto的，Mcgill，waterloo。如果是加拿大公民，去加拿大读书还可以理解。不是加拿大公民的，不知道这么做有什么好处，将来找工作应该还是回到美国找吧
