你说的real analysis和linear algebra确实很有用。不过不是直接的关系，因为 real analysis 使你深入理解 quant数学模型，理解 微积分方程 和 随机微积分，而这些微积分方程 和 随机微积分是在我的list里面的，学了real analysis使你的数学更 rigorous.

linear algebra也一样，对数据处理、机器学习，优化组合，风险管理都必不可少，因为我研究归入数据处理、机器学习，优化组合，风险管理，所以也没有单列。
