请教CC转学到top50

请问哪里能看到一些具体的案例和经验？

到处都是高中直接申请的服务，有cc转学的升学顾问吗？真的比高中直接申请的容易很多吗？是否也是hollistic evaluation（也需要推荐信，文书）？

看了UCB cc transfer eecs录取率，只有10%。UCSD CS，16%。不比直接申请高啊。有其他私校的录取率吗？可以转外州私校吗？
