裁员潮中越早被裁越好?

Scale AI 20% job cut:

"Confirmed. I was one of them, a new grad with < 1 year experience. There were some incredible performers with > 2 years experience let go due to business risk. 20% lay offs in every single role including engineering, operations, marketing etc…

Severance is only 2 months of pay."

 

2 mo severance pay isn't bad for a new grad just worked for a few months (assuming starting mid-2022)?

People are greedy these days.
