按我的了解这次西南航空的问题既不是运筹算法有问题也不是软件有虫，而是IT Infrastructure无法处理

天气造成的disruption所产生的运算量。问题关键似乎在IT Infrastructure的capacity，而不在运筹算法或软件质量。
