对老师评奖的非成绩因素分析

不是针对ww'smom的孩子,自己也想有则改之,无则加勉.

我以为大多数老师不会把种族,贿赂礼物放在非成绩因素考量之内,但他们或许会考虑:

1.除了作业考试实验等,老师也会考虑他/她组织的其它活动(学术或非学术)的参与情况,家长可能不知,孩子可能也未重视.

2.平时的学习态度,对待困难问题,对待其他同学的争论或请求,对待老师教学的态度.自己不知道,小态度小表情,对别人就成了大问题大影响.

3.自信与自发的学习兴趣,而不是为了分数的学习.老师能比较发现出来,孩子们和家长不一定.
