T15超级稳定 - IvyPlus(12) + 3

IvyPlus -12:    H/M/S/Y/P,  Columbia, Penn, UChicago, Duke, Brown, Dartmouth, Cornell

And:   Caltech, JHU, Northwestern

These T15 are the most prestigious no matter how you dice & slice.

For public schools: UCB, UCLA, Michigan.  As far as undergraduate rep, these 3 are on par with or close to the tail of T15 private schools.  UVA would come close.
