老了退休了，搬儿女隔壁，需要多少钱？

刚去算了一把： 那个叫“什么玩意儿”的附近，望江楼，一室一厅，800平方尺，70-80万。。。中西部鸟不拉S的地方，芝加哥downtown,两室一庭，看得见湖，60-70万。。。

现在房子卖了拿到手25万，需要再贴50万上下。。。按目前工资水准，领导挣钱养家我挣钱买退休房，需要十年啊。。。干到70可以了。。。那时候退休工资有一个月7000，差不多够菜钱了。。。

目标有了，回家给领导把大饼画好，鼓励她好好干，一起努力，争取70退休，住儿子或者女儿隔壁。。。。
