小中 CS 男大学申请请教各位大神

孩子要上 senior, 在东部竞争激烈的大公立。每年大几百学生，去 Ivy League 的十个左右。孩子学业不错，全 A，学校不排名，但他的GPA 超过了去年最好的 Junior。AP 七个5分。SAT 1550，只去年秋天考了一次。PSAT 1500，应该是 NMSF。
不过孩子课外活动不强。体育没有，大奖没有，领导船也不突出。有些社区服务和档次不高的生物科研。他喜欢CS，计算机竞赛 (非 USACO)拿州里前几名，但这个影响力不如 USACO。在 CS club 当个小头， 也不是president。
考虑到他课外活动不强，但仍以 CS 为主, 我们只好申请 CS。这个难度很大, 我们基本放弃了Ivy League 和 top 10 colleges。不过孩子参加了 UPenn Summer Program in CS，表现不错，老师愿意给他写推荐信。孩子也喜欢 UPenn，我们倾向于还是 ED UPenn，试试运气。

请各位大神帮忙看看他申请哪些大学比较合适, 包括 ED, EA。 多谢了!
