将成年孩子的父母，面临的挑战，应该是如何让他们保持Hungry

第二代生活比一代移民优渥，容易躺平，缺乏奋斗精神。

据俺观察，Peer pressure是让他们保持努力的因素之一。这也是好学校的优势，因为同学大都比较牛，会互相促进。

当然Peer pressure 也是双刃剑，经不起压力的搞不好会崩溃。
