Action Items：
1. 请大家尽早登记发言。无论是现场还是电话发言，都需要周三 5/11 10am 前先把名字,电话号码和email address发电子邮件（注明发言主题）到
[e-mail] or by phone at [phone]. 

如果是电话，秘书到时候会打电话到你提供的号码让你发言.
2. 准备1min and/or 3mins speech to address the Regents.
