小中男孩CS申请受打击颇大，除了一把WL，选UMD还是GIT？

UMD 州内有奖，GIT外州无奖。这两个有差，差多大呢？值得去外州吗？孩子自己主意挺大想去马大（主要是申请受打击了，破罐破摔？）家长希望他放弃GIT以后不要后悔。
