RPI有奖学金值得去吗？

娃很普通，没啥傲人的成绩，数学等理科头脑还不错，但她专业方面没有任何方向。 因为憎恨那些申请essay，没申请啥好学校(此处省略郁闷老妈五万字)。 RPI给了4W多merit奖学金，这个学校看录取率好像跟州大的水平差不多啊，奖学金之后成本也跟州大差不多，值得去吗？孩子说如果去的话，大概率会主学CS。 一个以前没咋听说过的Macalester给了2W多，录取率看着好点儿，但又远又冷...
