第一次写辞职信

领导终于决定辞职，去另一家公司了。今天正式接受了新公司的offer，也把具体上班日期商量一下，大致定好了，然后决定正式从现雇主这里辞职。给我说：怎么写辞职信呢？

我也没写过啊。只好上Google，找出模版，改几个字就好了。给领导说：无论前面多不开心，走人的时候要有笑脸。公司给了你15年的机会，这是美国你的第二份工作，还是有很多值得你感激的地方的。所以，最后两个礼拜，多和同事说说笑笑，需要你培训的，需要你干的，完成了再走。礼拜一上班的时候，和HR交流一下，没休的假怎么处理；然后给bench manager说一声，安排好工作和交接班；回头再正式告诉你的新雇主你能去上班的日期。。。

给领导说，本来计划你干到年底就退休，天天给我做饭的。现在你非要换，离家近了，饭还是该你做啦。我就负责洗碗吧。给儿女通知一下，告诉他们爹妈有可能再干几年，你们有啥计划，早点告诉爹妈。爹妈永远是你们的后盾。。。

不错不错，我也该计划干满30年才退休了。。。想想pension80%的退休前工资，足够两老天天吃肉，不用吃野菜充饥的日子。。。还得再干五年？好久远啊。。。。
