不能只埋头拉车，还得抬头看路

哈，去年儿子有summer intern，收入多一些，居然够Iowa的non-resident报税的要求了，当然还有联邦税和本州的税。。。研究了两个小时，一步一步填Iowa的税表，搞得云里雾里，一直到48行填non-resident credit的时候才搞明白两州间有协议--在外州挣的工资算本州（居住地）的收入。。。赛，这Iowa的税表设计太复杂了，non-resident和resident合用一个表，non-resident先按州民算税，把所有收入一起算Iowa的收入，计算税；然后再给回你的credit，外州挣的钱不交Iowa的税。。。好多附表，时间全是浪费。。。

不错，给儿子捞回来500块。小子昨天给我电话，发了两礼拜工资，Chase Bank看到他的direct deposit了，居然没给他广告上说的新客户225块的促销费。。。看样子工资不够花。。。

 

下礼拜给他拉车food过去，顺便带出来打个牙祭，就把税表给他，让他自己去efile。明年的税表会简单很多，估计不用这么费劲了。以后的讨论会是401k还是401k-roth，怎么省税了。。。
