今天下午去学校接了参加完club活动的闺女, 去奶茶店买饮料。

路上问闺女学校同学知不知道谷爱凌。

闺女说都知道, 都认为她特别酷。

我:为什么酷?

是因为她的项目Big Air就很酷, 她只有18岁, 第一次参加奥运就拿了金牌。

我: 还有什么?

对了, 我看了她的答记者会。她很自信开朗, knows how to speak in front of public。我特别欣赏她的自信和敢于冒险。

我: 你认为她作为一个美国公民, 代表中国参赛, 对吗?

这是她个人的选择, I am not in the position to judge. But I believe all athletes dream to compete in Olympics.

我: 她去中国是因为那是个巨大的市场, 她赚了很多很多钱。
