明晚你们吃啥？

想好的过年菜谱：

夫妻肺片，干切香肠，凉拌海蜇头，川北凉粉，南京素什锦，盐水鸭，辣子鸡丁，煎饺。除了最后两个是热菜，其他都是凉菜啊。素什锦可以在微波炉里热一下吃吗？我爸妈只做过几次，我都不记得是凉菜还是热菜了。
