公立学校入学好转专业或者跨院拿双学位难度大吗

uiuc Purdue Wisconsin Madison 这样的大公校 从business school转到工学院或者拿非计算机专业第二学位难度大吗 孩子现在觉得stem 学位比商科学位重要 之前申请了一堆商学院 据说私立的容易转 公立的难
