Which company would give a new graduate 10万股@$50? That's an award of $5M.

2000 sh @$300 = 60万刀; decent, but not a whole lot.

This assumes stock price up X6 in 4 years.

That is not remotely possible for any of FANMG.

Note: stock price can also go down. It can drop from $50 to $30 in 4 years.
