向大家请教ED／EA 计划

儿子不是牛娃，准备ED UPenn 与 EA UNC（我们不住在北卡）。ED  UPenn 就想碰运气，可行吗？

还有就是，EA UNC 和 RD UNC 哪个拿到奖学金的可能性大？
