小女儿今天收到MS summer internship offer

上来更新一下，小女儿今天收到Morgan Stanley 2022 summer internship offer,  她非常想尝试的Tech PM 还没有开始流程，正好随了为娘的意，人生就是各种的尝试，好不好别人说的，自己试一试再做结论吧。 我看offer 上就是 Summer Analyst in the IB devision, 有谁知道下一步进具体组有可选的吗，有需要注意事项吗？还有，是不是有一个IB offer , 就不需要再申请其它的了，像High Tech，大家手上会拿几个公司的再比较/讨价还价一下，不知Bank的规矩，谢谢了。
