小娃喜欢躺平，没上高中，哪位指点一二？

按时睡觉，按时吃饭，早起早睡，注意身体，讲究养生，喜看新闻，爱好聊天，不求上进，学习中等，体育不行，从小躺平，大了咋办？唯一好处，不喜游戏
