认识一个大藤小留女，明年毕业，刚在一个prop shop找到full time 工作做quant trader

她说现在申请绿卡要八年。

申请绿卡期间能换工作吗？

很难想象女孩子连续做八年trading。

 

 

这里面的小留博士quant计划回国发展可能也是因为绿卡难拿。
