I had those experience. Where is racies? you couldn't

find it in your work place. I think this is the place you can easily see and very clearly see it. for educated white they coverd it very good. when it come to less educated and blue color they don't need cover it at all. because they don't have anything to lose. My son had the same situation and we had spoken to coach. useless. if they have enough people they don't even want you around. the only chance you have is waite untill someone got injured and your son replace him and win the game then your son will be a starter. my son went through all those. I am thinking If I can make enough money I will hire a private investigator to find their past and let them see what they can lose if they keep doing those thing.
