纠结的小中男选校，求建议

纠结了一两周了，还是决定不了去UIUC 还是Duke。专业 CS/EE 或 engineer。UIUC（CS）州内学费，有一点merit scholarship。不考虑钱，是学校还是专业排名重要。计划工作一两年后继续graduate school。
