Williams college?

My son got into Williams and Amherst College.  I personllay feel Williams may provide him more math resource.  We went to visit both the past weekend and foud out Williams is inside the mountains, which means he may spend 99% of his college time inside  the school. May I ask if anyone has some First hand (or close to first hand) informaiton? Thank you very much!
