Baby tooth

昨天给儿子刷牙时发现有颗新牙已经长出来了, 可前边的baby teeth还没松. 这种情况普遍吗? 需要拔掉前面的牙齿吗? 这样牙长出来是不是会很难看? 已经约了牙医, 想先在这里了解点情况. 谢谢.
