急问: Withdraw with "W" 还是 报成绩87

我儿子是全A, 私立学校, 但是这学期物理AP老师对他有偏见故意给了他成绩87.   成绩今天才出来. 找了高中校长, 校长还护着老师,因为儿子和我们实在都太老实. 学校星期五成绩要送报的大学. 急问 是 withdraw 但是成绩单上有一个"W" 还是 要成绩87?  他的目标是藤校.  谢谢回答! Thank you so much.
