“知道”和“不知道”的概念司徒

知和不知”的浅谈

先借用美国前防长Rumsfeld 的一段话：

“Reports that say that something hasn't happened are always interesting to me, because as we know, there are known knowns; there are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns—the ones we don't know we don't know. And if one looks throughout the history of our country and other free countries, it is the latter category that tends to be the difficult ones.

拉姆斯菲尔德曾在一次讲话中解释了信息的局限性, 在谈到伊拉克局势时说：

“报道说什么都没发生对我来说总是很有趣的，因为众所周知，有些事情我们知道我们知道。我们也知道有未知的事物。就是说我们知道有些事情我们不知道。但是，还有未知的未知数-我们不知道的我们不知道的。如果纵观整个历史，则后一类往往是困难的一类”。

近来这些概念被不少做学问的人和企业管理人员使用。

下面简单分析一下：

你有数据，有科学重复的检证，你知道你知道什么，这称known known ，例如有双盲对照研究出来的疫苗，你知道有效。
你没有数据，没有科学的检证，这里你知道你不知道什么known unknown ，你是脚科医生，但病人有腹痛，你知道你知道有限，建议病人找胃肠医生看病
Unknown unknown 你不知道你不知道什么，从来没有经验过、听过、意识过。例如：我连想说什么都不知道。疑难病症找多一个医生看看扫扫盲点也好。
Unknown known, 这是个复杂概念：不意识到自己其实知道，这是包含在潜意识里的知识、动物本能进化而来的先知，你家庭和公司某人不公开的知识。有时在自己遇到突然而来、不可避免的挑战时才知道其实自己有这个能力。
