Essay一定要认真写，用心写

一定要突出自己的个性和特点(引用某名校Dean of Admissions的话)。

但essay的作用不要过于夸大。它到底有多大的作用只有AO清楚。

俺家熊娃写essays前读过H,Y等的successful essays(Amazon上有卖的)。感觉25%非常好，25%比较差，50%很一般。 

感觉essay基本就是个仁者见仁，智者见智的东西。
