有谁家小孩做过Invisalign with IPR? space不够，但又不想拔牙。

IPR:

Interproximal reduction is the practice of mechanically removing enamel from between the teeth to achieve orthodontic ends, such as to correct crowding, or reshape the contact area between neighboring teeth.

我有点担心会减薄牙表面保护膜，容易得cavity。
