挖个坑，父母老了怎么办？

老板的妈妈，美国人，前几天中风了。现在生活可以自理，但失去了一些记忆，比
如女儿的名字不记得了。现在只要住进疗养院了。每个月要$5000， 好在老人的保
险全cover.

我在想，如果这事发生在我身上怎么办？我是独养女，又在美国。回国照顾他们，
孩子老公怎么办？移民他们来这儿，保险怎么办？medcare 太多不cover 了。
