Grinnell College取消下学年随Financial Aid Package来的学生贷款

明年秋季开始，不管新生还是returning students都取消贷款。学校目前的计划是每年多花5M解决，用scholarship替代贷款。对于家庭财经计划里即便孩子拿不到学校的FA，父母依然希望孩子借钱上学的家庭，学校依然提供贷款（利息不知道）。。。
