今天又开国际医疗事宜会议了

咱在家里稳稳地坐着，啥病啥痛都没有，琢磨着欧洲掀起病毒第二波，该第一时间给欧洲人民送去美国人民的关怀和慰问。于是打了越洋电话给国际友人。

问：喂，喂，你们那里形势不好啊？

答：We've had enough of it.  We all have the fatigue.  France is in lockdown. But they are not like the Germans. In Germany, the Germans will just stay home if they are told so.  The French will take a chance.

问：阳性数高了，到底对医院压力怎样？

答：It is a concern the hospitals will get over run. But it really depends on where it is.  There are regions with very poor health resources and others well resourced.  If I hear the heli-pad, that is a signal patients are being air lifted here. 【朋友住在大医院附近。】

问：瑞士怎样？

答：There are restrictions.  But they are really not very restrictive.  The same thing in the UK.

问：Sophie 情况怎样样？(Sophie在法国）

答：She has to fill out a form to take her kids to school or to pick them up.  
问：什么表格？交给谁？

答：The police. If they stop you, you need to have a justification to be out.
