Berkeley Law school vs Cornell Law School.

For my nephew-

Which Law school is better? Berkeley or Cornell?

My nephew is applying law schools- his GPA is 3.82, LSAT is 167. He is applying round I and the only two law schools with low LSAT are Berkeley and Cornell. What's the chance that he could get into one of these two schools?
