Congratulation!

Best area are Forest Lake or Crozet.

The elementary schools there are all very good if you live in Albemarle county not Charlottesville city. But the best ones are in Forest Lake as far as I know.

You can try UVA family housing. But the rent is not cheap now. $700-800, all included, no utilities.
