如果是Cornell 工学院的CS，是much better than UPenn 的CS。不过Cornell 工学院的CS不好读。UPenn 的相对好读些。UPenn 的 financial 是 need based，而且没有任何贷款，如有需要，都是grants，毕业后 debit free。

从location来说，Cornell 是 in middle of nowhere. 交通不便，冬天雪多，很冷。校园很大很美。周围有湖泊。
